Editorial missed point of child gun tragedies
When the horrible death of a young boy becomes a vehicle for a disingenuous editorial endeavor to repel stricter gun regulation, (”Tragic complacency,” Sunday Telegram. Dec. 7), readers must question the motivation of the writer.

State’s tenant laws are too one-sided
Why is it so difficult in the state of Massachusetts for landlords to evict nonpaying tenants? A lease is a legally binding contract; if tenants break the lease due to nonpayment, they should have to leave. Simple. End of story.

Professor only guilty of trusting a friend
I’m greatly concerned with the recent news of Professor Robert Krueger, who over the past several years, along with his family, I’ve been lucky enough to know and consider friends. The crime he’s alleged to be involved with is truly a despicable one, and I understand the anger and disgust of some readers, but what I cannot understand is the assumption that Mr. Krueger knowingly did anything wrong.
