Sometimes exercise sucks
Really…I know a lot of people feel this way, but I like to think I’m not usually one of them. With my first every sprint-triathlon 10 days away I’m having trouble motivating myself to get these last few workouts in before I start tapering in preparation for the big day. It’s the best feeling in the world after the workout, but this week I have just been exhausted and haven’t been able to talk myself into it. Right now I am my only competition, and all I ask is to finish the race regardless of my time. Worrying about my times will come later, since I am already hooked. I figure if I give myself more than 2 months for training next year beating my time for this year should be easy. Now I promise to wake up early and go running tomorrow before it gets too hot.
