City’s inaction on PILOT taxes homeowners

We need a new revolution in Worcester: Taxation with no representation. Besides federal, state and Social Security taxes, Worcester homeowners are taxed on owning a car, flushing our toilets, getting our garbage picked up and our ever-increasing property tax. We watch and cringe when we read how much the city manager and his assistants are paid. We read in the newspaper that Worcester is just flat broke.
