Humanist poll results were surprising
I was quite surprised at the recent poll results that showed that three out of four respondents felt that a humanist approach to life would be better for the world than organized religion.

Primaries should be on rotating basis
Now that the presidential primaries have leapfrogged into last year, maybe it’s time to consider the approach my high school took with scheduling. We rotated it, i.e., subjects were taught at different times on different days. To illustrate, let’s say on Monday math was taught first period, history second and English last. On Tuesday, English advanced into first place, bumping math and history back one and so on. One day a week each subject took its turn being first and last.
