While the views of those who attended the recent hearing on the future of wildlife management in Massachusetts may have been evenly split (”Sportsmen, activists square off on wildlife control, hunting,” Telegram & Gazette, Sept. 18), a recent statewide poll demonstrates that Massachusetts residents strongly favor policies that protect wildlife.
