City should not charge for mulch
The city mulch service has been free since it started and should remain so. People in this city bring their waste to the locations designated by the city. The city doesn’t go to their homes to pick it up.

My husband and I recently received a $20 “Star-Spangled Sweepstakes” ticket. Wow, what a nice gift. Wrong. I found out they are drawing a number every day for promotion purposes. You have one week to collect and can go online to see if you won or call the Lottery.
