As a fairly new college grad I quickly realized that hook-ups and relationships in the real world aren’t quite what they used to be during my dorm days. I don’t know if all college students go through this or if I just happened to be particularly naive, but either way maybe someone can help me out here.
While away at college a relationship didn’t mean much more to me than a couple of overnights here and there, and maybe a beer or two passed my way while out with friends. After a while people just knew we were an item, and that’s just how it was until we stopped spending nights together and I stopped getting free beer.
