Essay Prompt:Best practice in teaching and learning involves linking the intended learning outcomes with delivery of instruction, and ultimately, to assessment of student learning. To illustrate, select and describe one major learning outcome you have for your students, outline and justify your instructional delivery method for the concept, and finally, describe the assessment process you believe will most authentically measure student learning of that concept. Be sure to show the linkages you strive for among the three components (intended outcome, instructional delivery, assessment).
Objective: The student will appreciate clarity of thought by recognizing clearly written prose.
